Thank you Kaitlin. I wrestle with these very same feelings, and despite all the work, the ghosts of religion and cultural upbrging still rush out of the closet whenever there is a crack in the door. Thank you for caring about all of us.
Thank you so much for this post-- it made me cry. The last several weeks have been a really hard lesson in learning my limits, as I've been navigating a high-risk pregnancy that has severely limited my daily activity and my emotional energy. Thank you for the reminder that all we can do is what we can do, and that there is no shame in having limitations.
I love this so much. I have been spending time this week on the Oregon Coast with my friends of nearly 50 years. An entire lifetime. As we walked on the beach I found an acorn among the surf, preserved by the salt. What a beautiful reminder that we all start as a seed and growth takes time. Thank you again for your magnificent words and the invitation to remember the liminal. Excited about your new book. YOU ROCK!
Crying. This hit me at a very odd time in my life where I've quit my job and have no idea what's next despite having a few offerings and a larger business idea hanging out in my brain. You've helped me understand this awkward time (where I've felt selfish, lost, and frustrated by battles with conditioning) as my time of survival, rest, healing, and for practicing greater presence. It's time to lean into love and care at the smallest level because that matters for the larger world and my greatest purpose.

Thank you Larry. I know you deeply care too.

Sending so much love ♥️♥️♥️
This made me tear up—thank you.
♥️♥️♥️
Love, love, love the acorn cover and makes me think of Julian of Norwich's hazelnut.
Thank you for this beautiful post of the reminder that we are connected in our ability to survive with the mothers and the trees.
And I am so absolutely delighted to be able to share in the launch on Iona!
I know you will experience the reality that everything IS a story there as well.
Yes! I’m learning more about Julian now. And really enjoying that ♥️
