I felt the weight of the world on my soul today, when my husband suggested we put up the hammock and enjoy the beautiful weather. I agreed but felt guilty enjoying the moment when so many were suffering. It didn’t take long for the tears to start, but being outside, taking in the fresh air, hearing the birds, feeling the wind, and feeling the pain inside was exactly what I needed. We don't. We think we know but we don't know.. We plan, we suppose, we cower, we bargain, we pray, but we don't really know. Not until the shit actually hits our own personal fan. Then words really don't mean as much. Then its freak out time.

Thank you. I always find myself drawn to the ocean. Whether heartache, heartbreak, decisions (big and not so big) or moments to celebrate, the ocean calls to me and let’s me be.
