I spent time reflecting on these questions while we were on a few days vacation this past week for spring break. Winter was a difficult season of uncertainty for me but it brought me a circle of friends I met through Substack. Spring is bringing with it some clarifications and some more questions but also a motivation to keep going with things that I gave begun.
Thank you for this idea. I love the idea of a ritual for these types of transitions. I usually just write a list of the things I want to experience in the new season. I never thought about saying goodbye to the old season!
