And now I feel a lot more confident about my enjoyment of some Netflix while nursing— it’s a little self care too, after long seasons of no space for a little entertainment.

I find it so interesting that people to be so connected and be ages apart and/or in different life stages. I find that on birthdays they can be amazing, disappointing, full of expectation and simple. I have come to love this simple.

yes absolutely! hold patience and gentleness for yourself in all of this. Nursing takes a LOT out of the body!!
